Youth Birder Walks at Browning Mill Pond

Browning Mill Pond is one of the most accessible and popular locations within Arcadia Management Area. the 1.5 mile loop trail skirts the edge of the pond and passes through some of the most productive breeding habitat in Rhode Island. We should see a nice variety of both common and uncommon breeding song birds along the way.

Dedicated Pelagic Trip
Departs from Galilee Harbor
THIS TRIP IS NOW FILLED. WE WILL BE OFFERING ANOTHER PELAGIC NEXT YEAR.
The Ocean State Bird Club is partnering with Snappa Charters for a second year to offer a dedicated club pelagic trip through Rhode Island's offshore waters. We expect to see several species that are difficult to observe from land such as shearwaters, storm-petrels, and hopefully Jaegers. Participant's should expect to see many other more common species such as terns and gulls as well. Please note this trip is only offered to current members of the Ocean State Bird Club (click here to purchase or renew your membership)
Registration Information: Registration is available online through a secure registration link. All current members should have received the link via email. You can request the link by emailing [email protected]
Capacity: This trip is limited to 13 participant's and spaces are allocated on a first come first serve basis.
