Coastal Kent County Hotspots
Warwick, RI


Situated between the capitol city and the coastal birding mecca of Southern RI Kent County boasts some great winter birding along its short but diverse coastline. Join Kent County birders Matt Schenck & Susan Delfs for a car tour of some of the unique hotspots in the Warwick/East Greenwich area. Stops will include hotspots such as Conimuicut Point Park, Rocky Point and Apponaug Cove.

Location Change** Sachuest Point NWR
Middletown, RI


Unfortunately, several sections of the Sakonnet Greenway trail are flooded after the recent snow melt. Therefore, we’ve changed the location. The walk’s new location will be at Sachuest Point NWR. We will meet in the parking lot by the visitor center at 9:00 AM. Hope to still see you on Saturday!
